How it works
Here is what you get when you become a member of Fitter Stronger You
3 x 45 minute fat torching group personal training sessions each week in Milton Keynes with a personal trainer. All sessions are in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and we have 2 session times a day to make it ultra convenient for you.
We teach you how to make simple changes to your nutrition so healthy eating becomes a life long habit for you. This is not a ‘diet’. It is a flexible approach that still allows treats and drinks but still gets RESULTS.
You get our custom made Fitter Stronger You Cook Book. Over 85 family friendly great tasting meals that you can make – healthy eating will NEVER get boring. You’ll also get access to our growing library of easy cook healthy family recipes.

Hang out with all your new bootcamp friends. Be warned you’re going to make a few 🙂 . Pair up and share your health and fitness journey with others within a private group, share recipes what works for you and more.
