At bootcamp sessions you’ll experience a wide variety of exercise styles from Boxing to Kettlebells all the way through to games, circuits and bodyweight HIIT training.
Definitely no press ups face down outside in the rain and mud for our live sessions. We are indoors most of the year and outdoor sessions are weather dependant.
Online you’ll be part of a supportive group in which I take part in the same program as you and give you the accountability and motivation you need to succeed.
And definitely no judgements on where you – we only a focus on where you are going.
