Homemade Lemon Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- Raw honey
How to make lemon tea
Boil some filtered water and whilst it’s cooling squeeze a lemon discarding the pips and keeping the juicy bits.
Transfer the lemon juice and bits into a cup, add a teaspoon of honey and stir whilst adding the boiled water.
I usually add a dash of cinnamon for an extra kick.
If you’ve purchased unwaxed lemons then you can use the side of a cheese grater to collect some zest and add it to the tea for extra health benefits.
