- 2 cups of dates, stones removed
- 1.5 cups of raw unsalted Nuts (cashews, peanuts etc)
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
How To Make Date And Nut Protein Bars
Place all the ingredients into your food processor.
Line a container such as a small baking tray with cling film and press the mixture in.
Place into the fridge for 30 minutes.
