What you get inside the online studio?
For starters you’ll get me as your coach.
You can ask me questions at anytime and I will provide you guidance and direction as you complete the free trial week.
You’ll also get a nutrition guide and meal plan so it’s important to sign up today in order to prepare you kitchen and mindset to achieve a good result by the end of the week.
Once you sign up you’ll get an app from which the live streamed workouts and materials can be accessed.
The beauty of it is that so long as you have internet access you can workout from anywhere.
How much does it cost if I want to continue with exercise and nutrition?
The basic package costs £160 and for that you get
- 12 months access to my online studio with me as your coach for the whole time
- Dozens of different workout programs from yoga to MMA to weights and HIIT
- Access to each programs’ nutrition guide, meal plans and recipes
- A cooking show/channel for when you want to up your healthy cooking game
- A private Facebook group (either 1 to 1 or in a group) to share your journey with me or others depending on what you choose
