- 6oz Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 frozen mango
How To Make Mango Ice Cream
For the best results peel and chop the mango into bite sized chunks and freeze for 2 hours or over night.
Once frozen place the mango and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Place the mango ice cream into a suitable container to keep in your freezer or serve immediately.
