Check out this quick and easy salmon and broccoli scramble (serves 4).
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 150g fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 3 eggs
- 1 small tin of salmon, skin and bones removed and separated into small pieces
- Pinch of salt and pepper
How To Make Salmon And Broccoli Scramble
In a frying pan warm the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the broccoli, cover and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
In a small bowl mix the eggs, salmon, salt and pepper then add to the pan.
Cook until egg whites are set, flipping at least once.
