“So I joined bootcamp in July, when we had the lovely hot weather, started off outside which was amazing….

“After years of promising myself and loved ones to address my escalating weight issues, I finally took the plunge and joined “Fitter Stronger You” with my Sister-in-law and Niece. Losing weight is always difficult, you need to ensure your head is in the right place and amend your whole life style. I am please to report that I have managed to lose 13lb in just 5 weeks and losing all the time.
This has been achieved by taking regular exercise and changing my diet. In regards to diet, preparation is most definitely key. My initial goal wasn’t just to lose weight but to improve my overall fitness and mobility.
The sessions laid on at “Fitter Strong You” are tailored to individual’s ability to ensure all participants train to their maximum without the risks associated with traditional exercise classes. As you become Fitter and Stronger, the exercise routine intensity is increased by the instructor, this is reviewed on a regular basis.
