Whether you join my live fitness classes or online fitness classes you’ll experience a wide variety of exercise styles from Boxing to Kettlebells all the way through to games, circuits and bodyweight HIIT training.

Definitely no press ups face down outside in the rain and mud for our live sessions. We are indoors most of the year and outdoor sessions are weather dependant.
