My online gym has over 3,000 different workouts and more are always being added.
Definitely no press ups face down outside in the rain and mud for our live sessions. We are indoors most of the year and outdoor sessions are weather dependant.
Through my online gym you’ll be part of a supportive group in which I take part in the same program as you and give you the accountability and motivation you need to get results.
