Following on from our series on healthy eating for when the sun comes out here’s a great tasting recipe if you are a carnivore.
Barbecue Lamb Chops With Chilli And Ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 lamb chops
How To Make Barbecue Lamb Chops With Chilli And Ginger
Place the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, chilli, cumin and salt into a bowl.
Use a hand blender to break down and combine the ingredients until smooth.
Use the blended mix to coat the lamb chops on both sides.
Marinate in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
Barbecue the coated lamb chops turning them every mins on each side until cooked to your taste.
