Do you exercise indoors or outdoors?
Exercising outdoors is always dependant on the weather: if it’s nice and sunny we’re outside, if it’s freezing cold we are inside. We are fortunate enough to have access to ample indoor and outdoor spaces so that when the weather is good we can take advantage of it.
What are your times/places?
Early morning session in Milton Keynes are 6.15 am to 7.00 am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Medbourne Pavilion, MK5 6LS. Evenings are 8.00 pm to 8.45 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from Whitehouse Primary School, MK8 1AG.
Can I mix ‘n’ match the times to suit me?
Yes we have many clients who attend a mixture of early morning and evening sessions.
What happens on the free trial?
Starting on a Monday you workout with us three times a week for 45 minutes each to experience everything we do. You will also receive a one week nutrition guide after your first free trial session and a shopping list before the trial begins.
What happens after the free trial?
We have a quick chat by phone as to what your goals are and how you’ve experienced bootcamp to determine the best exercise and nutritional coaching program for you
I am unfit/have not exercised for a long time. Can I still come to classes?
Yes you can.
