- Mondays – 8.00pm – 8.45pm
- Wednesdays 8.00pm – 8.45pm
- Thursdays – 8.00pm – 8.45pm

Fitter Stronger You is your way to fat loss with group personal training in Milton Keynes.
Group personal training is exactly that, groups of like minded motivated working parents who enjoy a variety of class styles like Boxercise, kettlebells and HIIT training.

Who are Fitter Stronger You?
Fitter Stronger You is the name I gave to my brand to describe how I want you feel – both physically and mentally – when you experience group personal training sessions.
When you design your life around a position of strength everyday tasks become easier, your thought processes are clearer and your mind is sharper.
I design group exercise programs for Milton Keynes residents that promote positive self image – regardless of your shape and size.
Combine that with a with a non-diet nutrition approach that allows you to keep eating many of your favourite foods even when you are on a body transformation journey and you’re well on the way to a successful lifestyle change.

Where in Milton Keynes are the classes?
We have two venues in Milton Keynes from which we Boxercise, swing kettlebells and generally move very intensely:
Medbourne Pavilion is our early morning venue (6.15 start times) and is a clean, modern purpose built sports and community hall that hosts a wide variety of fitness classes.
It’s also home to Tattenhoe Youth Football Club and a pre school.
There is free car parking on site and shower facilities that many of our members take advantage of by bringing a change of clothes and heading straight to work full of energy.
Exercise4less the second venue and where the evening classes take place.
Boasting a modern clean design with a private studio and free car parking Exercise4less is ideally located in Winterhill in the centre of Milton Keynes which makes it easily accessible for Milton Keynes residents.
What can I expect at a class?
Lots of laughter, sweat and an epic workout.
Classes are a mix of Boxercise, kettlebells, HIIT training, circuits and games to keep things varied.
So expect to never experience the same class twice.
Varying the classes was born out of current member’s love for keeping things random and they’ve put their trust in me to keep it that way.
There are no judgements or making you feel humiliated like some classes can.
Members are warm, friendly and are willing to help all you need to do is just turn up.
Do I need to be fit to join?
And besides getting you fit is my job.
It really does not matter what size, shape or fitness level you are because class plans are designed with ‘modifiers’.
Modifiers are paired-down versions of all of the main exercises that we do in class.
Modifiers help you if you are new to exercise or are just getting back after a break.
All you need to bring to class is:
- A water bottle
That is all.
