So I’ll be speaking and teaching a bodyweight HIIT session at the Milton Keynes Fit Fab Fest on Saturday 6th July.

My speaking slot is scheduled for 11.15am and my outdoor bodyweight HIIT session is scheduled for 2.00pm although times will vary between now and the day.
What is Fit Fab Fest?
Fit Fab Fest is a family friendly fitness, nutrition and wellness event hosted by Kayleigh Herbert.
The one day event will be packed with a wide variety of over 20 exercise classes, food, drinks, informative talks from health and fitness professionals and more.
If you wanted to find out about the health and fitness options in Milton Keynes – this is the event for you.
Specifically you’ll be able to meet independent fit pros and wellness coaches away from a standard gym environment and speak with us all directly.
Fit Fab Fest aims to bring together a diverse range of people and activities ranging from yoga classes, food stall and free face painting to bouncy castles and so much more.
It will be great for me to meet you and showcase what I do because many people believe that my classes are held outdoors come rain or shine but the fact is Fitter Stronger You classes are held inside and we rarely venture outside because we don’t like exercising outdoors when it’s wet.
As well as the classes for you to try out there will be the opportunity to listen to some AMAZING professionals who will share their knowledge covering a wide range of subjects; from mindfulness, healthy habits to mental health issues.
What to expect at my outdoor HIIT training session at Fit Fab Fest
At my weight loss fitness classes we choose a variety of different styles to keep us motivated and ensure all levels of fitness are catered for from the burpee fanatics to the just getting started.
Lately we’ve been enjoying Boxercise, Yoga, body weight HIIT training and kettlebells at classes to mix up the week and bring a fresh outlook to each session.
To keep things simple at Fit Fab Fest (and keep down the amount of clobber to pull around) I’ve opted for a simple body weight HIIT class that works mainly cardio and has a specific abs section towards the end.
There will be a warm up and a cool down and modifications for every single exercise so that even if you’re new to fitness you can join in the fun.

I personally cannot wait for Fit Fab Fest as the lineup is amazing as is are the varied activities.
If I have time I may even try to get my face painted – I’m thinking Darth Maul or The Incredible Hulk.
