As a keen allotment gardener I’m in a position to use fresh mint leaves when the weather is sunny enough for them to grow which give this smoothie a powerfully fresh taste.

- 2 cups of ice
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 small limes, juiced
- Handful of fresh mint, approx 15 leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
How to make mojito green smoothie
Throw all the ingredients into a blender.
Blitz for up to 2 minutes.
Quick tip: as a user of Huel vegetarian gluten free protein powder I’ll add a scoop about halfway through the blending process to thicken slightly.
