The workouts for the program are comprehensive mix of weight training, cardio, yoga, and Pilates.
So you’ll need a set of light weights and a yoga mat.
If you don’t have weights you can use an exercise band.
It’s a total body workout for 30 minutes a day every day of the week.
For 3 weeks.
Every workout has a modifier which means no embarrassing or frustrating workouts that are super hard.
If going super hard is your thing then simply follow the main workouts on the program.
I personally cannot wait to get started with this online program and coach you through a set of results in just three weeks.
