How It Works
In our first session we’ll spend time together exploring your relationship with food and body image, your diet history, eating patterns, health habits and more.
We will talk about your goals and develop an exercise and food plan to help you reach them.
Habit forming does not happen overnight – it takes commitment and support to develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
I’ll be there for ongoing support and accountability as you make health and nutrition changes.
After the initial session, we’ll meet twice a month via video chat or phone. Plus you can also email/message me anytime between sessions.

This is the yo-yo diet culture that leads many to simply give up altogether.
My goal is to help you transition from dieting towards learning to eat normally whilst building long-term, sustainable health practices.
I work through a habit based approach for healthy weight loss where you will cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body while learning how to take care of yourself in related areas of health including stress, sleep, food and moving more.
This is about forming long term nutrition habits and lifestyle changes.
It’s a way of learning to eat outside of the diet mentality, with a focus on building and using your new found knowledge to nourish your body with the fuel it needs to make you a more powerful version of yourself.
We will explore your food beliefs and behaviours and I’ll help you raise awareness of the emotions behind your food choices and create new patterns around food and exercise.
