It’s with a mixture of nervousness and excitement that we had an extra special bootcamp last week launching the countdown to the 14 Day Weight Loss Challenge in aid of Willen Hospice, Milton Keynes.
Our aim is simple: join us on Monday 15th April some sweaty indoor (and maybe outdoor depending on the weather) bootcamp sessions for 14 days to lose weight and 100% of your donations will go into a tidy little yellow bucket that the Hospice have kindly given to us.
On the challenge you’ll get a nutrition guide, recipe book and all accountability you need to get an EPIC result by the end of THE CHALLENGE.
So what exactly happens on a bootcamp challenge?
Well sometimes we hold a boxing bootcamp…
Sometimes we hold a kettlebell bootcamp…
And we ALWAYS do a bit of yoga and stretchy stuff..
But we always get people results…
So no matter where you’re starting at now you’ll be joining an inclusive, fun and lively fitness community to help you on your weight loss challenge.
Why Willen Hospice Milton Keynes?
Like a lot of families in Milton Keynes a lot of bootcampers – myself included – have had the good fortune to have received their help at some of the most difficult time in our lives – so we want to give a little something back!
The good news is that we’ve already raised a tidy sum for Willen through a Facebook birthday campaign and voluntary donations from bootcampers over the last few months.
I can’t wait for Willen to let me know how much we’ve raised – I’ll post onto social media the numbers we’ve done so far as soon as Willen let’s me know.
