One common question I get asked about live bootcamps in Milton Keynes is whether or not they are outside. The simple answer is: sometimes because it’s weather dependant ☀️🌧 the thing is I don’t like being outside in the rain and wind anymore than the next person. But when it’s warm enough and dry enough we take full advantage of the venues I hold bootcamps at. So this morning for the first time this year we were outside and I’ve already had messages this morning from campers telling me that they are ‘full of energy’ and they ‘loved bootcamp outside’. We exercise inside, outside, in teams 2,3,4 or whatever whacky idea I have for a fun and sweaty session. Bottom line is this: it’s not the weather holding you back it’s a lack of confidence but to gain confidence you must simply step forward and face your fears with me and the bootcampers by your side. Give your excuses the middle finger and message me for a week’s free trial 💪💪💪

Bottom line is that the word ‘bootcamp’ gives me as a coach the scope to plan a varied timetable of three fitness classes throughout the week that you will attend.
‘Fitness classes’ doesn’t quite cut it because not only will you enjoy a varied timetable of erm… fitness classes (ugh, boring) but you’ll also receive a 14 day nutrition guide and meal plan complete with recipes.
Nutritional coaching like this comes as standard to all of our memberships and it’s the same on the 14 day weight loss challenge for Willen.
